MARINA MOORAGE RATE SCHEDULE
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2008

Payment Terms
Annual: Single payment due by January 31; or paid in full by April 30 with two payments + $10 carrying fee
Prorated Annual: Single payment due at start of agreement
Monthly: Payment due on the 1st of each month

Moorage Slips - Boats 30 Feet and Under "A," "B," and "C" Dock Slips
§ Monthly Rate: $90
§ Annual Rate: $695
§ Annual Rate for Eastside-C, non long boat slips: $795
§ Gate Key: $50 per key - refunded when slip vacated and key(s) returned
§ Utility Charges: $20/mo November through March
§ Accessory Watercraft: Monthly fee of $25 per watercraft, including applicable insurance
§ Insurance: ALL watercraft must provide applicable coverage

Moorage Slips - Boats OVER 30 Feet "C" Dock Slips
§ Monthly Rate: $3.15/FT/MO
§ Annual Rate: $2.00/FT/MO
§ Gate Key: $50 per key - refunded when slip vacated and key(s) returned
§ Utility Charges: $20/mo November through March
§ Accessory Watercraft: Monthly fee of $25 per watercraft, including applicable insurance
§ Insurance: ALL watercraft must provide applicable coverage

Floatplane Slips Transient Floatplane Moorage is NOT Available
§ Monthly Rate: $90
§ Annual Rate: $695
§ Gate Key: $50 per key - refunded when slip vacated and key(s) returned
§ Insurance: Applicable coverage must be provided

Boathouse Slips Slip Space is Rented for Privately Owned Structures
§ Annual Rate: $1.15/SQ FT/YR
--Minimum $695
--Maximum $1,135
§ Gate Key: $50 per key - refunded when slip vacated and key(s) returned
§ Utility Charges: $5/mo. minimum or actual usage per meter
§ Accessory Watercraft: Monthly fee of $25 per watercraft, including applicable insurance
§ Insurance: ALL watercraft must provide applicable coverage

Visitor Dock Fee Schedule (Not Available for Floatplanes)

3-day limit for "trailerable" boats under 26 feet in length
