Payment Terms
Annual: Single payment due by January 31; or paid in full by April 30 with two payments + $10 carrying fee
Prorated Annual: Single payment due at start of agreement


Moorage Slips - Boats 30 Feet and Under "A," "B," and "C" Dock Slips

· Annual Rate: $780
· Annual Rate for Eastside-C, non long boat slips: $885
· Annual Rate for C Dock South: $828


Moorage Slips - Boats OVER 30 Feet "C" Dock Slips

· Annual Rate: $2.12/FT/MO + $51/yr
· Annual Rate for C Dock South: $2.12/FT/MO + $99/yr


Floatplane Slips Transient (Floatplane Moorage is NOT Available)

· Annual Rate: $728


Boathouse Slips Slip Space is Rented for Privately Owned Structures

· Annual Rate: $1.21/SQ FT/YR

--Maximum $1,192


Additional Annual Moorage Fees "A," "B," "C" Dock & Boathouse Slips

· Gate Key: $50 per key - refunded when slip vacated and key(s) returned
·Utility Charges: $20/mo November through March
· Accessory Watercraft: Monthly fee of $25 per watercraft, including applicable insurance
· Insurance: ALL watercraft must provide applicable coverage


Visitor Dock Fee Schedule (Not Available for Floatplanes)

0 - 25 Feet $10 (3-day limit for "trailerable" boats under 26 feet in length)
26 - 35 Feet $12 (10-day limit for "non-trailerable" boats over 26 feet in length)
36 - 50 Feet $15
51 - 75 Feet $20
Over 75 Feet $50

Guests can tie off to either side of the dock. Cleats are placed every 12 feet. The length of the east/west leg is 103 feet; and the north/south length is 157 feet. The “overflow” dock (not generally offered) along the rip rap bank is 180 feet (excluding the fuel/pumpout dock). There are two boxes with 4 plug-ins each of 20 amp marine plugs. At the top of the ramp there is one box with 2 plugs of 20 amps 110 V, which are not marine. Electricity is available all year; the boaters need to carry their own 3-prong 20-amp adapter. Potable water is available on the fuel dock only.
