RECREATIONAL SITES: HOOD RIVER EVENT SITE, THE HOOK & THE SPIT

Participate or Watch Windsurfing at the Event Site or – Kiteboarding at the Spit or – Picnic, Boat and Relax at Port Marina Park

Hood River Event Site Fees:
$5 daily for vehicles up to 22 feet ($50 annual pass; $40 if purchased by Friday, May 20, 2011)

Additional family vehicle pass: $20 (must be purchased at Port Office with registration verification for both vehicles and annual pass purchased at full price)

$10 daily for vehicles exceeding 22 feet ($100 annual pass; $90 of purchased by Friday, May 20, 2011)

Event Site Rules

Kiteboarding is allowed at the Event Site from October 1 - April 30. Please be considerate of all users during this time.

The Hook and The Spit Fees:
No fees scheduled for 2011.

Port Rules and Regulations require dogs to be on leashes connected to a person at all times, except for early morning at the Spit and early morning, late evening at the Hook (see Ordinance 22). Please use the Pet-Pickup bags to help keep our beaches, grass and walkways clean.

Lost and Found located at Port's Marina Center north of the Marina parking lot at Exit 64 (541-386-3200) or with the Event Site Host during the season. Do not leave your equipment unattended.

Please note: the Port allows Kiteboarding only on the Spit and at the Hook designated areas from May 1 - September 30.
